OHIO GAMMA’S BALANCED MAN CEREMONY
The undergraduate brothers of the Ohio Gamma chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon held their annual Balanced Man Ceremony this past January! The Balanced Man Ceremony is a celebration of success and achievements for the chapter, individual brothers, and incoming freshmen aspiring to better themselves and live a more balanced lifestyle. The night was filled with awards and recognition from alumni and fellow undergraduate brothers. The ceremony kicked off with brother president, Bryce Eagon, addressing the chapter and attendees on the accomplishments of the undergraduate brothers over the past year, as well as congratulating the freshmen scholarship applicants for reaching the night of the ceremony.
WHAT IS THE BALANCED MAN CEREMONY?
The Balanced Man Ceremony is the Ohio Gamma Chapter’s annual celebration of academic and professional achievements by undergraduate brothers. The chapter aims to honor incoming freshmen along with its undergraduate brothers for their hard work on and off campus. The attendees and the brothers of Ohio Gamma were addressed by the chapter’s undergraduate leaders, as well as a few words of wisdom from keynote speaker Tom Vetter, a distinguished Ohio Gamma alum of ’10 on how beneficial and influential fraternity life can be, notably within Sigma Phi Epsilon. The ceremony concluded with the distribution of awards for both incoming freshmen and the undergraduate brothers.
