OHIO GAMMA UNDERGRADUATE BROTHER NAMED 2023 OUTSTANDING IFC PRESIDENT
In February of this semester, one of our undergraduate brothers, Christopher Higby was named a 2023 Outstanding IFC President by the North American Interfraternity Conference. The North American Interfraternity Conference is the national organization that oversees all fraternities in the Interfraternity Council across the United States. Each year, the Conference names 12 IFC presidents across the country as Outstanding IFC Presidents for their respective campuses. This year, Christopher was one of two SigEp’s to be named Outstanding IFC President. Being elected to Ohio State’s IFC Executive Board as President in 2022, Christopher worked tirelessly to create a positive environment for all IFC fraternities on Ohio State’s campus. Putting on events for different holidays, prioritizing men’s mental health, and countless other efforts to help Greek life at Ohio State improve, Christopher’s efforts were heavily experienced across campus. With Christopher’s leadership, the Ohio State Interfraternity Council was able to thrive to a high extent. We would love to congratulate Christopher Higby for his success both as several of our executive officers as well as his tenure as Ohio State’s IFC President.
